The location

The photo advertised is the best room, we booked two rooms and our other room was awful and tiny

The host was lovely and let us leave our belongings as we were early. However, we were surprised to see that they were still there as the "hotel" was so unsafe

It seemed to be more of a hostel, with homeless people sleeping in the doorway. We had the police enter our room due to an altercation on the floor below. We didn't feel safe at all and the price we paid was ridiculous. Will not be returning or recommend.

didn't actually get..... booking had to be cancelled as family room unavailable at original hotel (Chaplins) and was an alternative, which was also unacceptable as offer two rooms not one. On further website lovely decor in picture however recent pictures (on other reviews ) everywhere painted blue, It is managed by the owner of original booked and I believe are both under renovation, awaiting full refund as guaranteed by hotel owners.

Very very good staff with good welcoming. She did all my queries. Quiet & close to city centre & shops.

The decor was purple and black not to everybody’s taste, paint work could have been better.
