Location, very central. Pool was also nice with shaded options. Staff very friendly

Air con wasn’t strong enough. Room was surface level clean but a lot of dust etc when you examined it.

We have stayed at the Mantra Heritage several times now and were pleased that the room we had, had been upgraded (was a bit tired last time) and was fresh, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We love the swim up rooms and always book these. So well located with direct access to Macrossan St.

Nothing

The location was awesome. So close to all the shops, bars, restaurant's. We were able to walk everywhere. The room was spacious with ceiling fans and aircon in bedroom area. Large modular lounge suite. Nice little kitchenette. Front loading washer and dryer were very handy. The pool was great and temperature was perfect. Nice undercover outdoor area with table/chairs, ceiling fan as well as daybed.

Getting to the apartment was a bit difficult with luggage as we had to use stairs then a lift down to the room. A strange setup. A dishwasher in the kitchenette would have been handy. Swim out deck area was covered in debris and bird droppings which was ordinary and should have been cleaned but wasn’t during our 4 night stay. It was difficult getting in and out of the pool from our private deck. Handrails to each area is needed as the drop is too far to step in. Only option was to use handrail located on the end apartment deck but was invading on those guests. Both outdoor spas were out of order.
