The location and set up around the central pool area. Very attractive planting. Kitchen

It needs a deep clean in some places. Very hard in a humid environment. The kitchen utensils could be better. Frypan not flat, egg flip nearly broken. No lids, only one bowl, nothing for microwave to speak of.

Clean close to everything

No lift. Very hard to get to room with suitcases etc

We stayed in a newly refurbished swimout room and it was perfect. I’m nervous about staying at these individually-owned apartment hotels because some owners don’t refurb them often enough. Did not disappoint!

Central location good quality

Rooms spread over street to street location with multiple stairs & no lift.

The location was amazing. Just a hop, skip & jump and you were right on the main strip. The pools were a great hit too. Loved how they also provided shade.

Would have been good to have a mid stay change of towels - but a minor request.

Great location if our room hadn’t stunk of sewerage everything else would have been great

Our bathroom smelt like sewerage, they made several attempts to fix it, but I was later told this had been an ongoing problem in this room for weeks. As a single mum who saved for 6 months to afford to take my child on our first ever holiday it was very disappointing and very frustrating to wake up every day to the smell of sewerage.
