We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Brandon. We actually arrived at this location somewhat by accident after spending one night at the downtown property, and we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The rooms were very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, which really added to our overall enjoyment of the stay. We loved the location, the facilities, and especially the friendliness of the staff. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We did run into one issue with the refrigerator in our room. It was making excessive noise, to the point that we had to move it into the bathroom in the middle of the night just to get some sleep. When we spoke with Dar at the front desk, she was very understanding and assured us the refrigerator would be replaced that afternoon. Unfortunately, the maintenance person who came to inspect it was quite dismissive. He didn’t take the time to listen to the noise (even though the refrigerator was clearly running in the bathroom) and told us that all of them make that sound due to being housed in uneven wooden cabinets. He did not follow through on the front desk’s instruction to replace it, so we ended up keeping the refrigerator in the bathroom for the remainder of our stay.

Lokalizacja w porządku, a dużym plusem jest darmowy parking bezpośrednio przy obiekcie. Pokój był przestronny, czysty i bardzo wygodny, co zapewniło nam komfortowy pobyt. Personel uprzejmy, a zarówno zameldowanie, jak i wymeldowanie przebiegły szybko i bezproblemowo. Śniadania raczej standardowe, amerykańskie, mimo wszystko miło było zjeść coś rano przed wyjściem.

Jedyny minus to pojawienie się karalucha w pokoju pod koniec pobytu, tuż przed wymeldowaniem. Nie ukrywam, że trochę to popsuło nasze pozytywne odczucia z całego pobytu.
