Baymont by Wyndham Columbus/Rickenbacker

I didn’t stay in I was there to check in .but I could not because the was asking twice then was I paid for my reservation.and the location is bad far from everything. The staff are not nice

There was a horrible smell. It was under remodeling but there were messes everywhere and if our room was one that was updated it was done very poorly. The shower was dirty and the curtain was covered in mold with holes in it. The indoor pool was green. The elevator was dirty, stinky and very scary as it made horrible sounds .

The front desk staff was friendly but that is about the only thing.

My stay at this hotel was not a good experience. First of all the room was nothing like the photos on booking. The room had wall paper ripped off wall, covering outside the jacuzzi was ripped off and the room definitely not as clean as photos. Also between the hours of 11am - 2am there was a fire alarm going off multiple times in the room and in the hallway. They said it was a glitch. Hallway smelled like smoke on a non smoking floor. Then to top it off I was bit by bugs during the night. I notified the hotel who said they would look into it but I haven't heard anything back from them. This was definitely not an acceptable stay.

Nothing at all was packed with truck drivers hookers kids playin in around the building so they shut off the elevators and my room has bugs
