Hampton Inn hotels always deliver their promise to make every person's stay an enjoyable one! My family travelled to Selma during the holiday season and our family is quiet large so we split up and some of the family members stayed at the adjacent hotel (Holiday Inn Express) while most of us stayed at the Hampton Inn - The breakfast was superb, the staff was friendly & made sure everyone in my party was comfortable the entire we were there! Kindness goes a long way! Keep up the good work you guys!

The staff were very friendly, my hotel room the dead boat lock would not lock maintenance could not fix it, the carpet in my room was dirty. There was food crumbs, broken fingernails on the floor. Don’t know when it was last vacuumed. The air conditioning heating system was loud. Overall, OK stay some things need to be approved upon.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I will continue to stay at this location. Friendly staff and breakfast was perfect. this hotel has been renovated and looks great. they always knowledge my membership status upon check in and always welcome me back.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My stay here was for work and enjoyed my time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Manager Tori was great and joyful to talk too. Breakfast was great and well stocked. Room was clean and spacious. Will stay here again. Thank you

Most of the reviews on this site are old. Except for Judy- she wrote about no hot water. That has been a problem for 2 months. You would not know this was a Hilton property if not for the sign out front. Management doesn't seem to have care if anyone is comfortable. Most of my coworkers drive an hour to Prattville to stay because of the lack of basic hospitality. Besides the lack of hot water- you could not use the side doors to get in- the locks don't work, the pool / hot tub doesn't seem to be maintained since it has green growth at the bottom, and not every room has a telephone.

We had a reservation for one night. Everything was great until the following morning when we took our showers. There was no hot water. We took cold/cool showers. I heard other people in the hallway talking about it, so it wasn't just us. I was going to inquire about it on checkout but the clerk was on the phone and we didn't wait. When they sent me a survey about our stay, I mentioned this but so far I have not heard back from them and it's been nearly a week. This is a Hilton hotel and I would expect a response or a credit to our account or something.

We didn’t like anything. Our stay was horrible. We woke to no hot water. First we were told they would give us a key to take a shower in another room, that was unacceptable. Then we were giving a new room and it didn’t have hot water either. They then said they had no one to fix it. We then had to pack up again and move t a sister hotel. This was very inconvenient and made us late for our event in the morning. We are very disappointed in Hilton and the staff. They were very nonchalant about the whole thing and we had to ask for them to call the manager. We won’t stay there again.
