Location and comfortable rooms

TV only had 4 channels. The biggest gripe I have is we don't take vacations often. It has been 5 years since we have been in a hotel. We booked this hotel because it had a pool and our kids wanted to enjoy it. Before we could use it, a kid pooped in the pool and they closed the pool for 24 hours. The hotel didn't try to work out a deal with us because 1.) we booked through a 3rd party and the hotel stated that they had to pay commissions to the 3rd party. They also couldn't give us points because we are not Holiday Inn reward members. I wish businesses looked at their customers rather than classify them into categories of importance. I am just as important as a member.

Only one USB port in room 307 was working. Having multiple devices with only 1 USB port is no good.

The people were great! And for the most part our room was good also. Good breakfast too!

Underneath the beds, not sure how long it had been since they were vacuumed! In the bathroom, since it was a handicap accessible room, the bottom of the tub was slanted! How would some one handicapped be able to stand without holding on all the time. It was hard for me to stand in that tub! Also, there needs to be a counter or table in there to put stuff on and there are no close towel racks or hooks by the shower, how is someone handicapped suppose to be able to easily access their towel? We made it work, but it was not ideal.
