Alles super sauber, gute Handtücher, abwechslungsreich Frühstück.

Die Badezimmer war zu klein.

Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde. Registan Meydanı'nın hemen yanında ve diğer bir çok tarihi yerlere de yürüyerek gidilebiliyor. Kahvaltı son derece başarılı, sıcak çeşitleri fazlaydı. Odalar temizdi, buna karşın banyo-tuvalet tarafında sevmediğim bir koku mevcuttu ama bunu çok problem etmedim. Otel terliği mevcut, bazı yerlerde olmuyor ve problem oluyor. Otel personeli ilgili, yardımsever.

Otele varmadan önce mesajlaşma bölümünde yalnızca nakit ödeme kabul ettiklerini bildirmişlerdi. Bende uzs para birimiyle ne kadar ödemem gerektiğini sordum ve miktarı belirtildi. Öncesinde nakitimi ayarlayarak gittim, buraya kadar problem yok. Check-in için otele vardığımda personel kaç gün kalacağımı sordu, hesap kitap yaptı, booking de görünen miktardan farklı rakamlar telaffuz edilmeye başlandı. Mesajları gösterdim, miktarı belirttiniz parayı getirdim dedim, şimdi de 5 milyon som ödeyeceğimi söylüyorsunuz dedim. Kendileri telefonla görüştükten sonra miktar düzeltildi, ayırdığım parayı ödedim. Bu tip konular mide bulandırır, müşteriye net olunmalı. Booking den boşuna mı rezervasyon yapıyoruz, rezervasyon bilgileri zaten var. Bu konuda gelişmeliler, bu tarz muhabbetleri sevmiyorum. Buradan puan kırdım.

Unfortunately the photos online of the rooms are not accurate. We were given a "new" room compared to what we had booked. The basin was tiny, the white light in the room was harsh and it was quite basic considering the price. I have absolutely no idea how it has such a high rating!!! We spoke to the owner and they 'upgraded' us to the room we had originally booked, but the deluxe. Unfortunately that was poorly maintained and had a massive cockroach in the bathroom! The other bathroom we got, the water from the shower (which was in a tub) kept leaking so the bathroom was constantly wet. We did speak in detail to the owner, and I sincerely hope he makes the changes and renovates all the rooms. The location so close to Registan square is great, and quite a lovely rooftop with partial views to the mosque and square. Unfortunately the breakfast was a disappointment (for vegetarians) despite emailing them in advance our dietary requirements and we were promised that there would be plenty of options... which there werent. Also the serving spoons were mixed up for the veg and non veg dishes!! there was no staff constantly present at breakfast... only one lady who would come and go and barely knew english. also there is no option to refill your bottle. They were generous and gave us large plastic bottled water... but too much plastic wasted in that! All in all, wouldn't recommend this place.

everything!!! needs a massive renovation, there needs to be atleast 1-2 staff present the whole time for breakfast and who speak english. There wasn't even water provided at the breakfast buffet... we had to either carry our own, or go down three floors and get it from the reception

L’hôtel est très agréable avec accueil chaleureux, vue magnifique avec un superbe rooftop. Mention spéciale au personnel notamment Bekhzuz et Jony!

Stanza confotevole e arredata con gusto, gentilezza receptionist, colazione super c'era veramente da sbizzarrirsi, vicinanza alla piazza registan. Hotel veramente eccezionale.

Non ho nulla da segnale. tutto perfetto.

Posizione dell'hotel veramente ottima per raggiungere le attrazioni principali di Samarcanda. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con un tour organizzato tramite l'hotel, che ha compreso la situazione e l'ha gestita in maniera eccelsa.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata era di fianco alla reception e alla porta d'ingresso, quindi è risultata un pochino rumorosa. Il bagno disponeva di una vasca che perdeva acqua ad ogni uso, allagando il bagno. Prezzo un po' elevato considerando la struttura e la media dei prezzi durante il nostro viaggio in strutture simili.
