Hotel Minor

We had selected this hotel due to the location and it was the right decision. They have a newer building alongside the older one, and we got room in the new one which is sparkly clean and absolutely brand new. They had all the amenities that you might need for a decent stay. The breakfast was good too. The staff was friendly, whether in the hotel or the breakfast restaurant. Overall, we had a great stay.

Vista dalla terrazza in cima al hotel molto suggestiva sul Registan di Samarcanda. La terrazza è aperta 24h e sempre accessibile. In terrazza si fa la colazione. Posizione centralissima. Stanza in termini di dimensioni e qualità al di sopra della media dell Uzbekistan; in generale, dal punto di vista dell hospitality, il paese deve ancora crescere, specie per un certo tipo di clientela. Una nota di merito per il letto, molto grande e comodo. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere la vista sul Registan anche dalla stanza. Attenzione che a fianco c'è un nuovo hotel in ristrutturazione che potrebbe in futuro occultare almeno in parte la vista del Registan.

Pagamento solo in contanti, inaccettabile per il costo dell'hotel se rapportato alla media della città. Staff non disponibile a venire incontro sul cambio non allineandosi a valori aggiornati. Per quanto la qualità delle stanze sia sopra la media del paese e la posizione a Samarcanda sia strategica, il costo della camera purtroppo non è comunque affatto giustificato rispetto alla media (400 euro circa per una doppia per due notti). Ad esclusione delle stanze al primo piano che danno sulla strada e quindi sul Registan come la nostra, le altre stanze risultano più piccole e soprattutto al piano terra e/o con vista deludente sulle traverse laterali alla via principale. Colazione in stile turco deludente in qualità in rapporto al costo della struttura.

Lage war gut. Bequemes Bett.

Sehr altes abgewohntes Badezimmer. Betten konnte man nicht zusammenschieben. Unser Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Das Frühstück war mehr wie schlecht. Die Lebensmittel sind offensichtlich seit Stunden wenn nicht Tage ungekühlt herausen gelegen. Es war nicht beschrieben was man vor sich hat. Für Vegetarier kaum etwas dabei. Das lediglich Barzahlung akzeptiert wird ist im Jahr 2026 sehr schwach. Vom Zimmer hat man auf die Baustelle nebenan gesehen.
