The facilities.

The staff.The lady in the restaurant(the bistro) was very rude.She was very emphatetic and racist.We were ordeing our dinner and she was very impatient to us. I even heard she said 'it sucks'.Just because we can not understand easily her english because she talks very fast and slang.We have to ask her to repeat again what she said. Then came the free breakfast in the morning.I gave her the 2 cards for the free breakfast.She served it to us with haste.Like my family don't deserve it.In my booking at booking.com,it is clearly mentioned free breakfast for 5 people.After we ate,she charged my credit card i used for the booking for the breakfast without my consent.This is very unacceptable.She could have told us that she will charged us for the breakfast.This is plain cheating and disrespect.Then i complained in the front desk and the lady there said she could not do anything.Only after i insisted my right that she said she will reverse the payment.What is this?Up to now they did not reverse the breakfast payment they charged on my credit card.I hope you could do some action against it.Hoping for your prompt action,especially the behavior of that lady in the restaurant.
