Me gustó muchos la piscina es en realidad hermosa el área de la playa no es tan cómodo ya que no hay parasol la comida el personal de camarero y camarera muy amables la animación no tanto .mi estancia fue muy agradable

No me gustó que una persona desconocido entró por mi balcón yo tube que llamar seguridad para que sacara el hombre desconocido de mi avitacion con un ataque de panico y servicio al cliente no tubo la amabilidad de acercarse a mi para darme una explicación porque no avía cámara de seguridad

Muy buenas vacaciones, la comida excelente, las habitaciones excelente el servicio en restaurante perfecto, el camarero Francisco Javier un excelente empleado.

Se necesita más variedad en el buffet, el grupo de entretenimiento necesita tener más actividad.

Mal servicio comida malísima de hecho estoy intoxicado en este momento . El personal trata mal al huésped , específicamente en el área del comedor

The family room and VIP access was wonderful. Service and staff was wonderful treated us like family. We have been at this property may times in the past years. Love pool and beach access

I was not thrilled with the food at all I’m American and can make better beans and choices were limited Also the WiFi not being in rooms was a big downer
