Alles sehr ordentlich dort, Personal sehr aufmerksam vor Ort, das Beste ist das Frühstück, das ist überdurchschnittlich gut.

TG Parkplatz telefonisch extra vorab reserviert, vor Ort dann festgestellt, dass der Mitarbeiter am Telefon leider die Buchung im System vergessen hatte, alle Plätze waren dann belegt. Schon ärgerlich wenn man da noch im Viertel einen raren Parkplatz suchen muss...

"Comfortable Stay in Cologne"

The staff were wonderful. The room was simple and comfortable, with really really good pillows. I slept very comfortably. The hotel was quite and in a good location. Breakfast was great, there was plenty to choose from.

In my room, the shower was on a raised pedestal without any handholds, so it was a bit worrisome climbing out of the shower and stepping back down to the ground. If you have any mobility concerns it would be good to book a disability accessible room.
