Clean, comfortable bed, good tv and channel selection. Even had Netflix option.

Breakfast was lacking. Mostly just breads and cereal.

The size of the room, the location of the hotel and the receptionist.

I definitely did not like a mouse in my room. The receptionist gave me another room upstairs. Pretty inconvenient for me, this time, but I had worse situations. That room was clean and without mice that time.

Price most of all. Beds very comfortable.

Would like to see more TV stations.

Orientation of the building, tightness of window. Combined with the in-room AC, I didn't hear any traffic.

Best rate is online. Should be available for walk-ins. Standing in front of the clerk to book online is just silly. Manage expectations. The tub was stained. The towels were tired. I think there was a very small stain on the bed sheet. The complimentary bottle was was interesting. It has nice greeting, but did not have any brand tags. Could have been refilled tap for all I know. Should have had at least disposable cups in room. Label on room said breakfast starts at 6, but clerk says 7. Oops.

Bed was pretty comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. The hotel itself is pretty unassuming from the outside, but the room seemed to be recently renovated. Room was a little small for the 2 queen beds, but for 1-2 nights stay, it wouldn’t be a problem.

Tub/shower seemed to drain a little slow, and also needed to be re-glazed, as it was showing its age. Hotel had no elevator, so 2nd floor rooms might pose a challenge for those with large luggage and children.
