The bathroom needs some maintenance. The bathroom door did not lock. It had a lock but didn't work. Not a huge issue but worth noting for some. The door knob on the bathroom has to be turned just slightly to get the latch to slide into the door to open. Again, not a giant issues, but a easy fix. The bath mate on the bottom of the tub was 1/2 off. Clearly visible to everyine looking at or cleaning the tub. The cold water on the sink was reduced, somehow, to a trickle. All of these are easy fixes that, if fixed, gives you an over all better feeling on spending a $140 on a room.

Bed was comfy and the room was mostly quiet so no problem sleeping. Occasionally could hear the outside door open in the night but mostly quiet. Everything seemed clean. It was a little different with the sink outside of the bathroom. Overall good stay and slept well. Close to UWL which is where we were going, so convenient location.

A little weird with the small sink outside the bathroom near the front door to the room. Breakfast was basic but decent. The area around this hotel was kind of plain and on a regular street/not great atmosphere but price was fine for what we had.

The room was so wonderful we had room 134. Right by the pool. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was fine.

There was not a thing wrong.

I had to pay extra $25 after driving 3 hours just cause we arrived early, even though I pre-seleted a time when I booked the room the night before. We planned on showing up and everything would be ready in so we could get ready for our wedding, not the case. My first time ever getting punished for showing up early for anything! I am very frustrated & displeased!

Affordable, close to stores and activities.

No elevator. I was also turned off by hearing people yell and argue with the front desk staff when I was walking through the lobby, not once, but twice. I overheard a customer accusing the hotel of lying and overcharging them and the front desk staff replied “I need to make money too”. I was nervous to see my bill, but in the end, I was charged what was quoted.
