Tv didn’t work, heat was off when arriving and took about 2-3 hours to heat up. There was a big gap underneath the door so cold air kept coming in. Had to put a towel to keep air out.

The room had a mini fridge and microwave in it so that I could keep food there instead of having to eat out every meal. Clean room.

The breakfast was horrible, don't even bother with it you will be very disappointed. I was also advised that there was a deposit that I would be refunded however it was not refunded and when asked about, they then said it was the pet fee. Be weary of the "additional fees" and them changing what the fees are and what would or not be refunded. Not very honest franchisee!

Booking.com booked the wrong location. I arrived where I was supposed to be and had no room. I made the reservation one hour earlier yet I was told I couldn't get a refund. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH BOOKING.COM

The staff is nice. It is actually pretty quiet there. The room and bathroom were clean. I like having coffee in the room that I can make. The food is decent and there are several choices of food. Overall, it is a decent, nice place to stay that is reasonably priced.
