The staff was great but the hotel was not what was pictured.

Room was cold all night, could not adjust the temperature.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I just booked a third stay. Clean room, fresh sheets, and comfy beds! Will continue to book at this hotel while visiting my daughter at Tech, for its very reasonable rate. Just a quick 3 minute drive to her dorm at Carothers B. Food places all around.

The room was not clean. The bedding was dingy. The only thing was good was the location

IF you have to stay here - reconsider. Hha. Non smoking room reeked of marijuana from rooms below. 2 thin towels for 4 guests. Had to practically beg for additional towels. No coffee in lobby on either morning of stay (except if made in room, dusty coffee pot). One chair in room - and it was VERY soiled, to put it nicely. I must say something positive... they had hot water in shower & location is convenient for any Tech event

Wonderful staff! The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent value and great location.

The staff was very polite and very timely with necessities for the room we were staying in . Only complaint was the other people staying there had kids and they were extremely loud .

Everything was fine great price clean room. My only complaint was they stated no clean towels in the morning when my husband asked only small and wash cloths towels

Very customer service oriented excellent stay

We liked the shower, it's one of the cleaner hotels we've stayed in, and we liked that we got the room we actually booked. Other hotels we stayed at didn't have the room we booked available so I like that we actually got the room we book we. The only thing we didn't like was have to smoothest check in. iprocess.. l
