"Exceptional"

It is a great place to stay in Zell am See. The host is really friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, really clean and cosy with a great view. Conveniently placed, just a 10 min walk to downtown or you could take the bus from the bus top 10 meters away from the front of the house. Highly recommended.

"A perfect stay in a very well-kept guesthouse"

the breakfast was very good (exceeding initial expectations) rooms are very clean and spacious good location between city center and Schmittenhohe cable car Babsy (the owner lady) is a very kind & careful person (Thank you !)

(not a real complaint): a bit far from Zell Am See center for day-by-day walking - but the bus (line 71 / stop close to the pension) is taking you there in just 3 minutes

"Wonderful time spent in Zell am See"

The room was clean, breakfast was good and location is about one km away from the city center. We received Zell am See- Kaprun summer card, an excellent addition with gratuities and discounts. Babsy is kind and helpful.

"Quiet, clean, large rooms"

Giant rooms with ample closet space. Extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious and just what you need before day of hiking. Located about 15 minutes walk from downtown Zell so it was very quiet. Short walk to cable cars. The Zell am See /Kaprun card which was included in the stay offered real value for money (free public transport, cable cars, lidos etc). The hostess was so friendly.

Nothing - it was fantastic. But be aware of the uphill walk to the hotel and no lifts, so not suitable for people with mobility issues.
