pas d'eau dans la chambre . petite surface . oreillers de mauvaise qualité . prix bien trop élevé . douche étroite .

Personnel au top! Très accueillant et à l’écoute

Goede bereikbaarheid (in centrum van de stad). Onthaal, correct maar weinig entoesiasme. Ontbijt goed, avondeten ook goed maar iets te veel aanbod van frieten. Mag ook eens rijst of deegwaren zijn. Kamer heel proper. Douche kan best eens vervangen worden.

Large room, comfortable bed and helpful staff

The reception was like a building site, no health and safety measures in place. Ladders and equipment left unattended and when the workers returned they clearly had no concept of safe working practices nor for the safety of the guests.

A place in the garage was available for my car. Very convenient.

Lack of amenities in the bathroom. Impossible de unscrew the liquid soap container, no shower cap nor shampoo or other lotions usually available in a four-star hotel. . Aperitif served with no nuts or biscuits. just a glass and that's all. I had to get the key/card of my room re-magnised four times although I kept it in a separate compartment in my handbag. All in all very disappointing.
