SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Upland - Ontario North

The staff was very nice.

I didn’t enjoy the funky smell of the room… it was musty, with a weird smell. The spa was dirty and although we were told it was good to use.. it was filthy and cold. The living space in the suite was very not “welcoming”.

The breakfast was great the First day. the 2nd day was sausage and biscuits and bacon. I think that the potatoes with the salsa and cheese should be on both days regardless because they go great with eggs.I would have preferred to have the potatoes with the salsa both days And with all those amazing Waffle machines you have, you should have strawberries and cream.The hotel is gorgeous.The rooms were super nice !! The entryway was stunning.. We stayed in the room with a double king beds and the separate room with the couch.There was a lot of noise from the shower underneath when somebody was showering there.It just the whole room got loud , but it was still an excellent stay.. We got very lucky and had a discounted rate.I believe we paid 109 , and I see now that it's gone up to almost two hundred so I guess we got a great value.. It was so nice to have a blow , dryer and an iron and extra pillows and blankets.. Thank you, and we will see you again.

We were in the back of the property.So the shower took a long, long time to get hot and we basically finished our showers and we're cold.By the time we were finished, the water just started getting hot. The only thing missing on this trip was a bubble bath.I was quite surprised that there were no baths considering how beautiful the rooms are..

Excellent stay

Everything was good

The breakfast staff was super friendly every morning and the property is gated so you can only get in with your key card.

Guests were super loud and up until 3 am laughing and talking and you could hear thru the walls

Everything was clean and nice and all the hotel guests are respectful and nice

Someone threw up but they cleaned it the next day
