The staff was extremely helpful

The rooms were nice.

Tub wasn’t the best, kind of dirty. Water didn’t get hot nor did the shower have any pressure. Sink was clogged up. Breakfast lady was rude. Front desk people had attitudes with each other.

When you first walk in, you are greeted by staff members that have a positive and happy attitude...with a smile! Check in is fast. They make sure that you feel like you are in capable and caring hands. They take care of everything you need. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious! They have coffee, water and hot chocolate at all times. The pool and hot tub were perfect! My boys loved working out in the gym. The staff had our towels for the pool ready and waiting on us because they knew that we would be swimming. They were just so friendly and helpful. They really connect with you as a family. We live 2 hours away and we are definitely staying again.

The hotel room was nice and the staff were all friendly and helpful. If I stayed longer I would’ve got to try out their gym area .
