Hampton Inn - Great Falls

Nicely renovated room and common area, good breakfast.

This hotel needs a reno. Only one elevator (other was down, maybe permanently?) and rooms need help. Our window whistled from the wind all night. We tried to fix and it was 11:00pm, too late for a room change. Front desk staff did not smile, welcome anyone or offer water. Breakfast/maintenance staff were very friendly. Location is good for food and shopping.

For the first time ever stying at a Hampton Inn, the noise from the room next door and above was very loud. The guests were not unusually loud, but the thin walls allowed all sounds into our room (e.g., walking, talking), as if there was little to no insulation in the walls and ceiling.

Conveniently located, staff was friendly. Having stayed at this hotel before, it needs some upgrades. Breakfast was what you would get at a lower end hotel, the hot tub wasn’t working, only one elevator was working. Stayed for 2 nights, our room was not cleaned after the first night, checkout is 11:00 AM, housekeeping is knocking on the door at 9:30. For the price, expected better.

The Hampton Inn here is always great. Staff is helpful, place is clean and quiet, and breakfast is awesome.

Best part of stay is excellent breakfast with great service in the breakfast area. Rooms do not have microwaves which is an inconvenience although you can go to the lobby to use a microwave. Its location is nice close to a shopping center with a grocery store and several restaurants.

Nice big bathroom with awesome shower head. Bed was comfy.
