Bella Vista Suites Lake Geneva

Everything from the staff to the room was great.

Went to go out on the balcony at night. Opened the door and a thousand mosquitoes, may flies, and knats filled the room. Asked the front desk for help clearing the room but we were told they didn't have anything to kill them. Not really their fault, but made our last night miserable with the bugs.

The location is beautiful and close to town. It was quiet, too. They did manage to get us an early check in, which we needed since we had an event.

While things looked fine initially, once you tried to use things they had problems. There were hairs on our towels, the iron was broken and had a gummy mess on the back, I had to turn the fridge on, and a chair bent from my young daughter sitting in it, and the main room was dark. Quality was low.

Great location. Spacious room.

Rooms were dated and need to be updated. Price was high for condition of property.

Proximity to the lake and downtown.

The deck posts were falling apart, some animal had built a nest in the pillar.

Very loud construction which started at about 8am (including their loud radios) on the front lawn and their loud phone conversations ...

Bed was too hard. Only Ice machine was on ground floor.
