Excelente, llegamos muy tarde y nos recibieron muy bien, la salida rapidísima, el cuarto amplio y limpio
Hotellet ser fint ud fra gaden, og receptionen er blank og fin. Desværre levede vores værelse ikke helt op til førstehåndsindtrykket. Måske fik vi det mest slidte værelse. Jeg synes billederne er lidt optimistiske. Ejeren er hjælpsom, men taler kun spansk, så al kommunikation foregår med oversætter maskine. Hotellet ligger tæt på "havnefronten" hvor det meste foregår i Bacalar, der er kun en kort gåtur.
La habitación estaba muy limpia, bien decorada y la cama super cómoda. También valoramos muy positivamente iniciativas responsables como el uso de placas solares. Finalmente, me gustaría resaltar el trato del hombre de recepción (no me acuerdo de su nombre pero tuvimos una larga y interesante charla) que es un sol y nos recomendó una salida en barca a la laguna que resultó ser estupenda!! Muchas gracias y hasta la próxima!!
Ist eher eine Pension als ein Hotel. Aber ansonsten guter Standard.
O senhor Rolando e incrível, o hotel atende todo o necessário, a limpeza é ok. A localização é ótima e a Laguna de Bacalar é incrivelmente linda.
