The location was exceptional, very close to the miradouro da senhora do monte. The neighborhood is very nice. The apartment is spacious and cozy.

It's very noisy at night; there is hardly a moment during the night when there isn't any noise from across the bar or the bakery below. If you're a light sleeper and early riser, this apartment probably isn't for you.

This property has its pros and cons. The pros are it is located in a really good location where attractions and shops are very convenient. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. The apartment is clean and spacious with good value. Bakery and a small grocery is down stairs. Cell phone shop is in the alley for a new SIM card. There are two big cons that will cause me to not book the place again. The biggest is that the power supply to the apartment is inadequate. If you have two appliances that has a big electric draw it will trip the breaker. Running two burners on the stow or heater and hair dryer for example. This became a real pain. The other is there is a resturant in the alley that put out tables outside and the people are very loud at night and can go on till midnight during the weekend. After a long day of walking you want to go to sleep this is an issue. Other minor issues are the pillows are pancakes and no body to it. The Knifes are so dull the butter knife is sharper.

Very simple. The hosts provided clear instructions prior to arrival and were readily accessible by email or phone. The wine bar and pizza restaurant across the way are highly recommended.

The flat is very cosy and comfortable located in a beautiful area of the city Alfama very characteristic part of Lisbon close by nice restaurant and the famous tram 28 which will take you to downtown city doing a very nice throw the streets at Lisbon.

Noicy winebar cross the street.

We liked the location of this apartment. Easy to get to sights, shops and places to eat. I loved getting fresh bread from the bakery underneath our apartment.

There was often a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Air conditioning would have made the stay in this apartment more comfortable as our time in Lisbon was very hot. It was impossible to keep the windows open as the restaurants downstairs were open til 1am so there was plenty of noise.

The pedestrian alley that this place is located: CHARMING so much that the people on the trolley take pictures of this place. Right outside your front door are several popular restaurants and wine bars, not to mention a french organic bodega, early morning line forming bakery, and an açai place just doors away. oh ... and just a 3 minute walk is a Pingo Doce supermarket ! don't stay here if you want quiet evening serenity. stay here if you want to feel the community alive and laughing and having great conversations right outside your window.

i loved it all but of note to the description: it truly sleeps 6 people, but there are only 2 true bedrooms. the last double bed is in the cozy living room. also for those who like to cook; lacking some utensils .
