The staff were so amazing, very welcoming, helpful & friendly. I have traveled a lot & these staff members are more friendly than any other hotel or resort I have been to. The two restaurants on the property had delicious food. The rooms were clean & the beach view was fabulous. The beach was clean. The beach included chairs, tables, umbrellas, games & water toys, as well as food & drink service. Location: Near a popular beach, but the hotels beach is hard to beat. A small grocery & restaurant are within walking distance. A cycle/ebike/eCar rental company is across the street. Two bus stops, one going to Hamilton & the other to the Dockyards. The lighthouse is real close too. I highly recommend a stay at The Reefs. You will have an amazing time!

An unforgettable anniversary at The Reefs, pure Bermuda magic We stayed at The Reefs Resort & Club from April 17–20 to celebrate our anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we landed, the experience felt elevated. Airport pickup was seamless, and we were greeted with rum swizzles on arrival, setting the tone for a truly warm and thoughtful stay. David Dodwell Jr. and the entire team were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making every guest feel special. The setting is simply breathtaking. Every room has a panoramic view of Bermuda’s iconic blue-green water, and waking up to that view each morning never got old. The property itself is beautifully designed, intimate, and full of tucked-away spots where you can relax and feel like you have the entire place to yourself, even though it was fully booked during our stay. The private beach is one of the highlights, pristine, quiet, and perfectly maintained. Having complimentary access to kayaks, snorkels, and boogie boards made it easy to fully enjoy the water without any hassle. Dining was equally impressive. The buffet breakfast was consistently delicious with a great variety, and the Friday night fire pit with live music was a standout, a perfect, laid-back way to ease into the weekend and soak in the atmosphere. What truly sets The Reefs apart is the consistency and care of the entire staff. Our room was always refreshed at just the right moments, and evening turndown included thoughtful touches like a mint and a fun Bermuda bedtime fact, small details that made the experience feel personal and elevated. This is a place that understands hospitality at a deep level. It combines stunning natural beauty with a level of service that feels both polished and genuinely warm. We came to celebrate an anniversary, and left already planning our return.

Excellent location with amazing views and great private beach, BUT with a few hiccups. The rooms and furniture are a tad dated with a little rust here and there but overall in good shape. The food was very good and service throughout resort was very friendly. The beach restaurant Coconuts and beach amenities were very nice features. A TRUE HIGHLIGHT were The beachchair and towel guys. Another HIGHLIGHT was Friday night music with Mia and James. They were awesome. A few negatives were: Breakfast buffet was good but same stuff every morning. The bar drinks were a bit weak. I ordered a gin fizz and received something different with cranberry?? :( sent it back for the proper fizz and got a very weak cocktail in return. the shorter female bartender made both. Dirty plates were left outside a room for several days (see pic) that attracted a mouse. Some beach umbrellas need replacing and The fitness center had decent equipment but needs a new floor and towel cabinet and mirrors on back wall to give the feel of more space and water views. Overall enjoyed our stay and hopefully the management will make the few adjustments mentioned.

The room was clean and tucked away. I had a fantastic view of the ocean. Breakfast was fabulous.

The Reefs is a first-class place to stay, eat, and enjoy time in Bermuda. It started with Mervin and an amazing ride from the airport that perfectly set us up for the days ahead. Breakfast each day was also perfect - Sunday made the best omelets, and Roydell and the staff took care of us very well. The front desk persons, Ayesha (forgive my spelling) gave us all the info we could need and that was a constant source of support each day.

The Reefs is a wonderful resort. We feel it’s the best place to stay in Bermuda. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Always eager to help, if needed.

In spite of the second half of February being low season we were lucky to have pleasant but coolish weather for our ten day visit to Bermuda. Temperatures were in the 17 to 20C and pretty dry. The Reefs is on the water and every room overlooks the secluded beach. Our junior suite was very comfy and well equipped and had a gorgeous view. Our room was down the hill from the hotel Centre so we had a bit of a climb for our meals though it was very good for the legs. We enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners to the full as we were on the MAP meal plan which included service so no tipping. The breakfast was a buffet for the first half but they finally packed it in as our numbers were fairly small. Dinners were fish and seafood heavy but meat eaters are well taken care of. Afternoon tea with finger sandwiches and cookies is complementary

A perfectly located Bermudan dream made extra special by a super helpful friendly team. Situated on the most breathtaking cove with unbelievable views, the hotel is really handy for touring the island. We used the bus every day as a bus stop outside. The bus is cheap and efficient with a handy tracking app. The hotel has a great restaurant which we used for breakfast every day, shoutout to Sunday the omelette chef. A great choice of buffet. Extra treats like afternoon tea and fire pit BBQ are thrown in too. The hotel has a well equipped gym, hot tubs and a fantastic spa too. The treatments i had were some of the best i have experienced. Coconut wasn’t open when we were there but it looked like the perfect sundowner spot. Rooms are clean and well equipped. We toured the caves which i highly recommend We had we’re lucky enough to watch whales migrating from our balcony which was just awesome. We will be back! As a final sorc
