Royale Beach and Tennis Club

Great location, beautiful beach except for the tar. The property is showing its age in many ways but still functional. The value is still exceptional for a condo property, especially compared to the AirB&B type unit with all of their add on fees.

The property was in a great area but it needs a lot of work really badly run down. Sliding door to the tiny balcony did not lock the bed was very cheap the call it a queen bed but it’s actually two double beds put together

Great place on the beach

I’m not sure if these were condos at one time maybe timeshares?? But we had what looked like an efficiency apartment, basic living room with a bed, a loveseat, TV and a small dinette/kitchenette. It was super clean. The towels and linens were super fresh, which is always a great thing. The apartment was pretty much furnished with all the basic necessities like coffee maker, toaster microwave, mini fridge and even a mini dishwasher. Also they had all the utensils bowls plates, things like that which was a big plus even though we didn’t use them. Location was on the 12th floor which wasn’t bad getting up and down but could’ve been a big hassle had we not had our wagon for toting things to and from beach. Also access to the beach was down a long sidewalk and you had to leave through the coded gate in the pool area to access the private beach. Once you got onto private beach property, you had to walk about 200 feet down a wooden walkway to the beach and then across about 30 yards of soft sand. For somebody who is not really in good shape like myself, it could be a little bit of a problem with having to stop and catch your breath and then continue on. And then while hanging out on the beach all day, you can look forward to doing it again on the way back. lol. One last thing and the only complaint is the bathroom is smaller than average and the shower area is a tiled stand up shower which is about 3’ x 5’ and I had to stand sideways to take a shower not good.

Big rooms, clean and very good location beach front

Made the reservation for a family trip of 10-11 members. To say the least, I under estimated the stay. The stay was wonderful and the amenities were super useful and made the stay better. 10/10

Ac was broken and dirty rooms and restrooms

almost perfect, I rented two bedrooms room, one with one king bed and the other with two queens, the queen beds were not very confortables, the air condition was almost stop at nights, the external front doors were in bad condition, rest was perfect

common area excellent and access to the beach, but the bulding is old and it has things like the doors that doesnt work well
