It was beautiful

Friendly staff and great room. The pools and accommodations were great for the price.

Well-maintained and lots to do.

The bed was comfy and the kitchen was nice.

I like that you had all access to each hotel that was around you and the restaurant that was near

I did not like it when they did not return items I lost three pairs of shoes and did not get them back and I'm still waiting for them to mail my grandbaby shoes to me

I requested a late checkout and was initially told that wasn’t an option. I was then told I would receive a call back, but I never heard back from anyone.

Parking is a hassle. Finding your room is a hassle. They have all different areas for one property it’s very confusing and unorganized. Checking in was along wait.

Parking is a nightmare. Immediately upon entering the room, the odor of mildew was strong....likely due to aged carpeting throughout the room. The air vent into the bedroom vibrated so loudly, sleep was impossible. The choice of sink in the bath was ridiculous....the basin sat on top of the countertop, was very high and I had to use the kitchenette sink to wash my face and brush my teeth. Only decaf coffee was in the room.
