Please note that the price of the parking may vary from the standard one during events in the city. The Montreux Jazz Festival will take place and will be during the 2 first weeks of July (exact dates to be checked on their website). During this period, in the evenings car access might be difficult and some noise is also to be expected. Please note that upon arrival we will request a guarantee deposit for your stay. We would like to inform you that the 2m2c Montreux Music & Convention Center, located near the Royal Plaza Montreux, is under reconstruction. Please note that some phases of the work may cause noise disturbance, but only during the day, excluding weekends and public holidays. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the Vernex Park (located between the 2m2c and the hotel) is currently occupied for this renovation work, which may alter the usual visual aspect of the park.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. "Fantastisch verblijf in een prachtig hotel!"

Het hotel is gelegen aan een grote weg maar de meeste kamers liggen achteraan of aan de zijkant. Je hebt dus weinig of geen geluid van voorbijrijdende auto’s . Achteraan geniet je van het prachtige meer van Genève! Het hotel is supermooi, clean, en vooral al de mensen die er werken zijn heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam, en leggen de hotelgasten “in de watten”!

Eigenlijk was alles super!

1) Das Zimmer stimmt vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Für die Leistung ist es viel zu teuer. 2) Beim Frühstück kostet nahezu alles extra - drei Omletts zu je HF 19.00 extra ... sind CHF 57.00 FRANKEN - für drei Omletts? 3) Der Käse sieht aus wie in einem 1 Sterne Hotel ... drei Käse auf einer fast leeren Platte - in der Schweiz in einem Hotel mit fünf (5) Sternen ??? 4) viel zu wenige Bedienungen beim Frühstück und diese sind gestresst OHNE Ende ... 5) eine Wc Bürste die abgebrochen ist = EKLIG ! 6) die Tischlampen im Zimmer - zwei von drei DEFEKT - es interessiert KEINEN ! 7) Die Einrichtung ist TOTAL veraltet ... 8) Das Bad ... beim Duschen verletzt man sich an den Armaturen in der Wanne ? Alles VIEL VIEL zu eng ... 9) ALLES - ALLES kostet extra ...
