"Good stay need maintenance of lift"

The staff were very helpful especially Trisha in the front desk. The room was very clean. The food was amazing.

The lift was haywire did not take to the desired floor

"Worst possible stay."

Literally nothing

Everything. Right from the staff behaviour and the facilities. They don't behave well with guests and also the room as well as the bathroom was very very dirty and in such a poor condition. The staff doesn't even pay heed to guest requests. I would say my family just survived the stay.
