"Beautiful place to stay for relaxing"

Beautiful room and garden we could use. Great breakfast and friendly hosts. Comfortable bed & pillows Outside of Puglia but close enough to travel in.

Wish we had booked to stay longer!!

"CorteViva was a beautiful stay in a beautiful location."

What a great base to explore Umbria. Federico was a brilliant host, attentive and informative. When we expressed interest he went out of his way and took time to show us the property and all of the precious antiques, some dating from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. The room was very large, the bed was really king sized and very comfortable, and the shower was the best we have had in all of Italy. We appreciated the secure off road parking. The common areas were very comfortable and the breakfast was fine, the sweets were made fresh every day by Federico's mother Mariella and served by his father Leandro! The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Umbrian countryside, from Assisi to Orvieto to Spoleto and everything in between. We stayed four nights and would have loved to stay longer. A highlight of our trip!

Idéalement situé entre Assise et Pérouse au coeur d’un très agréable jardin. L’intérieur est décoré avec un goût très sûr mêlant œuvres d’art et meubles contemporains comme anciens. Chambres tranquilles et literie confortable. Les délicieux cappuccino du nono!

La procédure concernant la fermeture des portes de la maison un peu compliquée.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia solo una notte e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Le camere sono molto curate, pulite ed accoglienti con una bella vista sui dintorni. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili che ci hanno consigliato anche un ottimo ristorante dove cenare. Ottima anche la colazione. E' stato un piacere soggiornare qui e sarà sicuramente il nostro punto di riferimento se torneremo in zona.

La struttura è bellissima immersa nel verde e arredata con gusto, lontana dal caos cittadino, staff gentilissimo colazione ottima con torte artigianali preparate dalla madre di Federico, pulizia perfetta, posizione comoda per gli spostamenti in auto, la consiglio vivamente.
