AWFUL! Paid almost $200 for one night at this dump, the worst hotel I have ever been in. No sliding front door, desk clerk is rude behind a barrier and zero help. Lighting was awful, pillows on the bed stunk, toilet was practically on the floor it was so low and old. Surprised I didn’t see any roaches. If you have any standards, don’t stay here. Never ever again

"We were not happy at all!!!!"

The pool was open this time due to the season changed.

I was very highly upset because nowhere on the website it said that we had to have a 100 dollar CASH deposit...my partner and I DO NOT CARRY CASH. The manager took my license for collateral, due to the fact we already booked the room. Which it took some convincing that we wouldn't damage the room. He went back and checked making us feel like 3 year old that have to be checked upon. Another major issue was, was that we paid for and reserved a king non-smoking room. We ended up with a room with 2 beds. That was a major issue for us. OUR bathroom was smaller...we had no sitting room we had to sit on the bed all weekend, something we both DO NOT LIKE AT ALL...point is..we didn't get what we paid for..and when we took that up with him? HE SAYS " WELL IDK WHAT TO DO ABOUT THAT, WE HAVE NONE AVAILABLE ALL THAT BED STUFF IS TAKEN CARE OF ALL ONLINE" which i feel was a very FALSE statement due to the FACT between. Sat and mon that parking lot was dead. Like he gave us that room due to the fact we didn't have the 100 deposit and he knew we had no other choice. But honestly the idea of us returning there is pretty grim and we were frequent customers. And would have recommended them anyway of the week, but not likely after our last encounter. Have a nice day...

At least it was near some areas that I wanted to visit. It was also quiet. Easy to get to.

They charged to key the card for the room. Multiple items in the room were damaged. Sink dripped with a bucket under sink. Shower head needed to be cleaned, filter in bathroom needed to be cleaned. Also, the toilet leaked at the base.
