How quiet it was and good breakfast in the morning

Staff were great. Shower water pressure good. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Air con/heater great Room spacious Breakfast options fair Location fine

There was an overwhelming smell of cannabis, despite being in non smoking room away from the smoking rooms, got stronger throughout the night. Carpet around hand basin sticky.

The spa tub is amazing

The breakfast definitely needs improvement The biscuits was hard as a rock and the gravy was burnt

Thin walls. We heard our neighbors enjoying themselves, plus conversations in the middle of the night. Room was clean but only had one bath, hand and wash towel for two people. We were only there to sleep. The company was updating the place. You could see through the door crack.i didn't feel especially safe, but we were ok.

Close to downtown and off the highway. Had an indoor pool however pool was ice cold. Not heated

The hotel had an odor to it. Our room smelled very heavily of mildew almost unbearable. Though the beds were comfortable the room was very dark and dated. Yellowed paint with that old brown and orange comforter scheme. Needs fresh paint and bedding. The lamp shades were damaged and the curtains stained. Power went out a few seconds around 9pm but enough to reset clocks. Heard other vacationers complaining they lost their morning alarm clocks due to outage. Pool was very slick slipped on second step getting in. Pool room though it felt like a sauna the pool water was ice cold. Breakfast was ok. Recommend adding scrambled eggs and sausage there is space for this. Just offered biscuits and gravy, waffles, oatmeal, toast, bananas.
