Not for senior citizens. No elevator. No ice machine. Breakfast was disappointing. Happy hour did not get the attention it needed. Trays were continually empty. No pull though for unloading and check in. The pull out couch bed in my daughter’s room was disgustingly dirty.

i had a weird experience with this hotel. Asking for an itemized day by day statement of charges & tax (as usual..) the manager (Victoria) insists that the booking was made through Expedia and she could not send the required statement. Very weird, since i do not even have an expedia account, and i have the (total amount) receipt from booking.com (and was just asking for an itemized list, as needed for tax & reimbursement). Mistakes can happen. But unfortunately the manager was also very unprofessional and rude. Not sure what is going on. Avoid the place if you can - certainly if you need a legal receipt.

Stephanie the morning clerk has a horrible attitude treated myself and my guest like total crap, very unprofessional (check the video from 1120 to 1128) breakfast was horrible off brand everything and waffle machine didn’t work properly burnt on outside not done on inside and was sour tasting. The room she gave me next to the office was a disgrace so I moved upstairs so I could be in a room I paid for Very very dated nothing designer about the furniture couch was like sitting on the floor chest broken when you open it to pull out a blanket stunk of mildew in the room entire time everything in the shower was rusty pool needed a major clean inside and out. But all in all I will never go back due to Stephanie no matter how cheap it is. Staff can make your trip very disappointing
