The apartment location is top notch! Well connected with trams, plenty of restaurants available nearby, and grocery store just down the street. Love the detail and decor in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped

The tram passing by is a bit noisy in the rooms even though the windows were closed. But that also means that you are right on the tram route (not too bad to really complain about it)

the location is ideal and easy to access. Lots of great shops, a mall and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby/walking distance from flat. You can also walk to pier and water from the flat and it’s a beautiful walk with beautiful streets and buildings around. Flat is great and full of light and has everything in. Outside area is fab and you can eat outside in the courtyard (mind the pigeons though). We loved our stay and had place for the 5 of us! For trams lovers, they are passing under the bedrooms windows so you can see them coming from the beginning of the street to the other side of the street. Stops are meters from flat so really easy to get around. Lots of food stores too, some tiny as well as a small supermarket few minutes away.

Kettle and coffee machine were temperamental but I messaged the property and they ensure me they will follow up on it. The pigeons on the courtyard were pooing on a corner and a seat there and would have been nice to have something to clean the floor/chair and the table other than the kitchen sponge or mop. It’s nature so nothing the owner can do really ! And pigeons don’t come when people are eating or seating there so all good. The flat is easy to access but you need to know that the trams from underground to flat don’t accept 20kg and more plane suitcases in, so not ideal. But you can walk from underground to flat with suitcases which my partner ended up doing. They are beautiful old trams high up so have narrow steps to get on - not ideal for reduce mobility people, with babies/young children or buggies. I was with crutches as hurt my foot just before travelling and it was stressful to board and leave when busy. Also difficult if not impossible to seat most of the time. But a really fun experience as beautiful trams and really steep streets and our kids are old enough to be separated from us with no stress.

Great location and great outdoor area for having a meal. The apartmant is big enough for a family of 5 and has everything you need. Elsa and Rui are great hosts, gave us good advices for reastaurants, transport, parking, sites to see. Thanks Elsa and Rui for all your help!

It is little bit dark in the living room during daytime. Front door is not so easy to lock and unlock. Some parts of the flat (mostly parts of the kitchen and bathroom) are little bit outdated.

Nice location, a lot of restaurants near, close to the water, having a backyard!

The shower cabin is leaking (flowing from under it), the shower cabin doors do not close fully, in general, the condition of the shower cabin leaves much to be desired due to the doors and constant leakage. The door to the toilet creaks very much, the light in the kitchen does not work, the doors to the apartment are not tightly closed, you can hear the neighbors but it’s not scary
