Durante minha estadia, encontrei uma situação extremamente grave e perigosa no quarto: ao utilizar o chuveiro, percebi que ao tocar no registro metálico, levei choque elétrico. Essa falha representa um risco altíssimo de acidente e poderia ter causado uma tragédia. É inadmissível que um estabelecimento receba hóspedes sem garantir segurança básica nas instalações elétricas e hidráulicas. Fiquei muito decepcionado com a falta de cuidado e manutenção preventiva, especialmente por se tratar de um problema que coloca vidas em risco. Recomendo atenção imediata da administração para corrigir essa situação e proteger futuros hóspedes.
