Nice clean room, temperature perfect for hot July night. We slept through the night in a quiet room. We will come back in the near future.

The room was clean and I was offered a military veteran discount.

While my room was clean, the common areas were old, tired, poorly maintained. The hallway carpets were heavily stained. Multiple bags of trash remained outside several rooms overnight along the hallway to my room. Another guest informed me that the waffle iron did not work, so there were no hot food options at the minimal breakfast, only cereal and cold (recently refrigerated) miniature muffins. The outdoor pool was a pea-green soup of algae.

Room was cold, the “breakfast” consisted of cold cereal or waffles and, the waffle maker was broken! The hallway rugs were filthy!

We left after a few hours. I've never seen a dirtier hotel in my life. Beer cans and trash in the hallway, rooms smelling of smoke, cigarette burns in the blankets (of the beds that had any blankets), no toilet paper in one room, 1 set of towels. We left to get dinner and find a better place to stay. When we came back, we were told we would be charged for the full two nights because we did not complain and leave within 30 minutes of arriving.

The room was dirty and there was no top sheet on the bed. I would have complained about the sheet, but I didn't notice until a climbed in. My fingers were sticky after dropping something behind the dresser and having to move it. Gross! The shower curtain looked like it had been in a dirty puddle, which was even grosser!! Lastly, but least importantly.... there was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room, but no coffee maker. There were thermal style paper cups like those used for coffee service. The manager did allow me into the breakfast room to get a cup from the coffee machine, which I heated in the microwave the next morning. Kind of odd. - I won't be back.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. Upon entering the room, there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, despite it being labeled as non-smoking. The ceiling had visible water stains, and in some areas, the paint was peeling and falling. To make matters worse, the blanket/comforter had several cigarette burn holes, which was both off-putting and unacceptable for a guest room. It’s clear that the room has not been properly maintained or inspected for quality. For the price paid, I expected a much cleaner and more comfortable environment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here.

Nothing about the hotel. The area was ok.

This hotel ruined our vacation. Staff tried to tell me at check-in they had me for one queen bed, i said no, i booked two queens and showed them my reservation. They then tried to blame me, saying he thought i said two queen rooms... No i didn't. We got to the room, and it was NOT as advertised. Floor had debree and looked un vacummed. In the halls to our room, the floor looked dirty, trash bags everywhere, smelled like curry. Made me think people are living on the second floor. When we got to our room, it was not clean, floor unvacummed, blankets ripped, stains on the blanket. Pillows were arranged like someone had been laying proped up in bed. Then we found a pair of socks next to the bed. When I pulled back the blankets, I found hair, bits of some kind of debris, and a metal piece of trash. We have photos. We were exhausted being up since 6am to drive 3.5 hours, go to the beach and secured this room for late arrival.

They were nice enough to let us cancel after no pool. Dirty couch dirty bathroom.

Unclean. Crowded and noisy. Mostly not clean.
