Food and other places were easily accessible from the location.

I was first placed in a room with stained walls and bathroom sink, dirty carpet, light fixtures that didn’t work and bath water that ran black.

This place was very disappointing! Our first room was dirty and looked like it had not been sanitized in a while. It had a smell of cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. When I went to tell the manager, he was unapologetic, but he did switch us to a different room which was upstairs. I asked where the elevator was and he told me they didn’t have an elevator. That was disappointing because I had a lot of luggage. The second room wasn’t any cleaner. I ended up going to the store and buying cleaning supplies and cleaned my room the best I could. Breakfast was a waste of time. Not a good selection of food and all. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

It was relatively convenient to Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge which I was visiting early the next morning. It was cheaper than other local options.

Could have been cleaner. Although cheaper than other options, it was still pricey for the quality of the facility - very basic.
