"Management issues "

The next room over had a large party after calling the front desk multiple times, someone finally answered. He spoke with the occupants. The minute he left, they started back up. Music so loud the walls were shaking. Called again, he tried to say he already took care of it. He went back and then there was an argument. It started again. Refused request for different room. Downstairs baby woke up & screamed. Slept from about 4 am to 7 when the music started back up. Worst stay ever.

The room was clean, plenty of towels. The service was good. We discovered that the extra security of the door was broken and it was fixed rjght away. Good location.

They tried to remodel an old motel but did a bad job of it. No amenities, not even a coffee maker. Hope you do not need the A/C or heater, it was so loud we had to turn it off and use extra blankets.

Staff fantastic!!! Friendly, very professional. Great!! But—no hot water in sink, no coffee in room, no hair dryer. Inside security latch on door broken. Noisy guests all night—not the fault of management
