Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The property was not clean at all, and the rooms lacked basic hygiene. Furthermore, the service and staff treatment were extremely poor. We also suffered from constant disturbance; we could hear strange noises and staff arguing, and the noise from people outside was clearly audible at night, making it impossible to sleep

A very disappointing experience regarding cleanliness, service, and the lack of quiet and comfort.

The pool and pool side beds are exceptional Spent the entire time there as it felt like there could be nothing better. The pool is very big and very well maintained. Property is beautiful, well maintained but the bar closer to the beach was closed at all times. It’s a shame because it had beautiful views and seating. The gym was also great had two amazing workouts before dinner, had all the equipment needed. Was not crowded at all. I was with my 8 year old he also highly enjoyed it

I was surprised by lack of a terrasse or even a small balcony in the room as it has become a standard that I didn’t even pay attention to. Food is definitely overpriced and it’s the only buffet dinner I have paid for where soft drinks even water is an extra charge. Pool side food was very mediocre for its price. Either lower the prices or increase quality.

Mon séjour au Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay Resort a été tout simplement incroyable. J’ai été séduit par la beauté du lieu, le confort des chambres et l’atmosphère paisible de l’hôtel. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant, attentionné et professionnel tout au long de mon séjour. Les installations, la piscine, l’accès à la plage ainsi que la qualité de la restauration ont largement dépassé mes attentes. Une expérience mémorable que je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent détente, luxe et excellence à Agadir.
