"Horrible Stay"

Nothing at all

Upon arrival, the heater was broken, the jacuzzi tub jets didn't work, the ceiling had a leak, and water leaked on me and all over my clothes from the ceiling. I called the manager, Ashley, to complain. She was very unprofessional and rude and told me they could refund me $30. This was a horrible stay and ruined my birthday weekend.

The first room they gave us that heater did not work and it seems like if you’re gonna rent rooms, you should make sure everything‘s working

Room was nice, very large and comfortable.

The coffee pot was hard to load because where it is located. Not enough room to load water without pulling it out from under the shelf. Then it only filled the cup half full.

Well kept, clean bathroom, good breakfast

No chocolate on my pillow, no animal on bed made out of the towels; oh wait that is a cruise that does that. Everything was great! Give the staff a raise.
