Location

Staff stated that the elevator was broken and they had to put us on 3rd floor. Check in is at 3, we got there at 4 and was told that all floors were ALREADY full except for floor #3. That was NOT true. As we were walking out a white guy was being checked in and he was put on a lower level floor.

When I walked in the room, the carpet fresh was so strong, when the carpet fresh scent wore off, the room had a musty old smell, probably from the old carpet that was stained and dingy. Had a bath towel with faint stains on it. I did not say anything to anyone, only stayed one night. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Room smelled like mildew and chemicals. Upon request, staff moved me to another room that didn't smell 'as bad' but still smelled. Two TVs in a suite, but only one remote that only worked the TV in bedroom. No coat hangers. Dirty walls, stained lampshade. Not what I expected. Left early for a different hotel at my cost and no refund. Not happy.
