Breakfast

My first room, the bedding was dirty, hair in the bed, the sheets were messy and someone just made the bed , but didn’t change the sheets, you could smell the pillow and know it wasn’t changed . My 2nd room was better but the faucet in the bathroom was super hard to turn on, then when we showered and got a towel a live bug fell out of the towel. I asked for a refund the evening my bedding was dirty because the sign said they guarantee a comfortable stay. Reported everything the the morning front desk and said someone will get in touch with us . No one did. I have videos of the bug and faucet but only allows me to upload a photo .

Location good. Basic.

They only replace towels and any paper products every other day. The soap dispenser is hard to get soap out of. It’s a squeeze bottle. Older people with arthritis have a difficult time getting any soap lotion out of the dispensers. It would be nice if there were additional blankets in the room. Would be nice if there was a microwave in the room. Breakfast is very basic and closes at 9 on weekdays. Sorta early.

Had a really bad check in experience. Got rebooked as a walk in at a higher rate when I actually had a confirmed booking.com booking. I checked the member at reception and he diligently walked away saying he will not serve me when I indicated that he was wrong and maybe should have stayed home if he does not know what he’s going

The room and property were very clean. The beds are comfortable, but the pillows provide no support. The complimentary breakfast was good. I was surprised and really appreciate that they had gluten free bagels. The parking was limited both nights that we were there. Compact cars were taking up all the regular spots, leaving larger vehicles having to park on the street behind the building. Overall it is a great hotel and I will stay here again.
