Big room

No hot water and manager didn't have any compassion for the inconvenience. The check in lady understood the frustration, but I wasn't contacted by management for the inconvenience. Im a Hilton rewards silver member and this was disappointing.

GREAT STAFF!!! Room was very clean and served our expectations. Loved the Wednesday night social night with free snack foods and free beer and wine.
