El piso estaba muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones estupendas. Las demás dependencias también muy bien. Totalmente recomendable.

Que hacía calor y no tenía aires acondicionados. Tuvimos que abrir las ventanas porque los ventiladores que tenían había mucho ruido y el viernes y sábado por la noche había mucho jaleo de fiesta en la calle y piso de arriba.

Requiere mantenimiento básico, sobre todo de las regletas que hay por el suelo que no funcionan. Para el precio que tiene, debería tener aire acondicionado.
