Jó elhelyezkedés, modern felszereltség.

A szobánk az utcára nézett és elég zajos volt csukott ablaknál is. A fürdő magasabb embernek nehezen használható, pár kapaszkodó, fogas jó lenne

Handy location, good base for our travel. Well connected via bus to Kyoto station and to all of the main tourist attractions. We walked to Gion and had an amazing time there

It's quite a dark room, but no issue as a base for travel

El baño espectacular. Casi más grande que la habitación. Nos encanta ese tipo de baños amplios donde poder dejar todas las cosas bien. La zona de la ducha súper grande súper cómodo. La ubicación es súper tranquila, no se oye un alma por la noche se duerme genial. Estás cerca de la zona de turisteo y bares. Todo súper automatizado súper cómodo y de fácil acceso. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas antes, un punto muy a favor en Japon.

Las camas nos parecieron muy duras, acabamos con la espalda un poquito regular. Espacio reducido para las maletas ( como en todos los lados a los que hemos ido )

OK for the price and area this is good, but you need to set your expectations. Everything is manual, including turning on your hot water. If you can get past that this will be good for you.

I did not like the bed. It was way too firm.

Gute Lage. Großes Zimmer.

Das Badezimmer hat sehr intensiv nach Schimmel gerochen. Wir haben in 5 Nächte uns nur getraut 1x zu duschen. Da es sich um ein Kellerzimmer handelt und die Lüftung nur eingeschränkt ist wird daran hängen. Es war aber so intensiv, dass es für uns schon eine gesundheitliche Gefahr bedeuteten würde. Sonst war die Lage und Ausstattung gut.

"No hot water and slow ‘24/7’ support"

Location was fine

Very disappointed with my stay. There was no hot water in the room — the heater was off — and even though they claim to have 24/7 customer support, I messaged them this morning and it took over 10 minutes for someone to reply. By then, I had already given up on taking a shower. If you don’t respond within 1–2 minutes, it’s not really 24/7 support. The location was okay and the self check-in worked fine, but the basic expectation for any lodge in Kyoto is to have hot water and responsive support. Unfortunately, they failed on both. Very disappointed.

Was a close to quite a few sites. Bus stations were close.

The room had a weird smell when we went in. Grabbed some incense and it was gone for the rest of our stay.
