FabHotel Palash Residency Ranchi Railway Station

Location was good, right by the railway station. There are agood number of shops, eateries, malls, etc. in the neighbourhood. Staff were polite and helpful.

Lot of things were not up to the mark. Could never open the windows, as they opened to some dilapilated construction, which was awfully dirty and smelly. The bathroom had an obnoxious smell, giving the feeling of entering a gutter. The rooms were short of space and not very clean. Overall appearance of the rooms are very gloomy. The breakfast was yasty but options were pretty limited. Overall, you end up feeling wasting your money, getting very average service at the cost of a 3-star hotel. Totally disappointed.

Booking.com told us breakfast was included. However, the hotel did not accept the inclusion and did not provide.
