No restaurant at the facility, the whole place is old and it’s crazy that’s the price you pay for such quality (but that’s a rating of the services on the whole island)

Close to airport for departure days

Restaurant was closed down

A short walk from airport so we saved on taxi. Short walk to Emerald Bay resort which offers free beach chairs, umbrellas and there is an excellent beach side restaurant/bar. The view from hotel is great and there is a nice pool which offers an even better view. The staff was fabulous.

We were misled on some amenities, such as providing on site food or drinks. The beach access has been eliminated which is too bad since the snorkeling south of resort is amazing. Some of the best in the Virgin Islands. The TVs don't work and it sounds like they haven't in years.

No restaurante. No tv. Fire detector always in sound.

Nice big king room with fridge and balcony overlooking water. Beautiful pool over ocean. Unfortunately we lost power overnight an hour after I checked in and there were no emergency lights and no water available/vending machines etc. Does seem like they aren’t keeping things as current and updated but other than that staff were nice and I really enjoyed the pool. Restaurant on beach at sister property Emerald Beach Resort within 10-15 min walk down beach and 5 min walk to airport.

No generator for emergency lights. Vending machines not working/stocked.

It was quiet and tucked in. AC in the room was cold.

Restaurant was not open. Half the out lets in my room did not work. I had ants coming out of my walls. The toilet was barely attached to the floor. Wi-Fi was not good
