Compass Cove Resort

Many pools to choose from. Enjoyed the location. Only thing I didn’t like was the balcony was wet all the time from a hose from the air conditioner.

Has everything you’ll need while on vacation! Love staying at Compass Cove. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly.

My room was full of black mold. Kitchen sink leaked all over the floor. Refrigerator in kitchen was leaking what looked like nasty blood but we had no food inside of it.

It was in a goos location. The worse thing for our family was there was no stove in our room.

Very nice resort. I would definitely go back. Did run into some trouble with trying to get my room switched but it ended up working out:)

Beach access was very good. Breakfast is also really good here. There was a lot of drug use on the property on the balconies and in the hot tubs during the p.m. hours that no one seemed to care about which was a significant detractor. We had reserved two rooms after seeing that all rooms had been freshly refurbished. One room was clearly redone but the other room had several issues and visually was a night and day difference between the two although we were charged the same rate for each room

Overall the property was clean, staff was friendly, room was clean. However, the mattress was horrible. It felt like i was sleeping on 12 wire hangers. I did not sleep well at all...

Was asked leave because was smoking a vape (not pot). Security was rude and unprofessional. Later found out the next night the ceiling fell down and hurt people that was staying the room. I guess there such a thing as Karma for rude people. If I could give it a 0 I would. Will never stay there again. And if anyone asks me for place stay at Myrtle I definitely would tell them not there.

Unfortunately our room was right above the beach bar. While they did close at 10pm….guests stayed out and it was very bright. We were hoping for a quite oceanfront room….to hear the ocean not drunk people.
