Faraway Jackson Hole

The hotel is under constructions so we had to use their sister hotel pool and spa which was not heated and spa to small to fit other guests from another hotel. The construction woke us up every morning at 6am The make do reception was the hall way to the lift so there was nothing.

The noise of being woke up at 6am every morning from the building. The no room service or food in the hotel or any facilities to use in your hotel.

Location, that was about it.

Booking did not inform us the whole thing was under renovation. It felt like we were staying at a tiny airBnB that was incredibly overpriced.

We were misinformed that the hotel is under a full renovation.

Hotel room is simply overpriced for its size and location and the website lies about what services it provides. For example, It mentioned there is laundry service but there was none available when we arrived. When I asked about it the staff said it was because the website was outdated and they didn’t care to update it. There is also no complementary breakfast and the majority of the building was under renovation. Absolute terrible experience. The $495 stay for 1 night was worth less than a $150 a night stay at a motel.

The rooms were fine, but too dark with old yellow type lighting. Need updated lighting with white lights.

the pool and spa were not available. We should have been informed of that upfront, we likely would have chosen a different facility. There should be a discount given the lack of amenities available.

Great room size and location.

The resort is under renovation and our room floors need to be cleaned.

Réservation effectuée 4 mois avant l’arrivée. Message disant que l’hôtel serait en travaux en été. Début octobre, toujours pas opérationnel selon le standing de l’hôtel et aucun message pour nous informer du retard des travaux. La réception n’était accessible qu’à pied. Impossible de déposer les valises en voiture. Obligé de passer à côté d’une grue de levage pour accéder à l’hôtel. Chambre avec vue sur un mur, accompagné d’une gouttière cassé et d’un escabeau… pas de TV le deuxième soir et le tout pour la modique somme de 577$ UNE HONTE !!!
