over booked, They moved us to another hotel miles away waited over an hour for a taxi they said they would supply. It never came and we had to walk. If we want to stay at the air port i would of booked a hotel at the airport

Good location within walking distance of the NEC. Comfortable room.

No toilet roll(s) in the room when we checked in. Divided the payment between the 3 people staying in the room on check-in which wasn't a problem, but then told we owed 10p on check-out the following morning and needed to pay on a card!!! There was a voucher in the key card holder which entitled you to a free cocktail in the bar. We didn't notice the voucher(s) until the following morning on check-out. The voucher wasn't mentioned to us by the receptionist when we were given our key cards on check-in, which would've been nice. Mentioned this on check-out and was told that the reception was probably busy.

The location was fab ! Briliant for the NEC can't fault that. The hotel itself had great decor and outside space and looks over the lake. The evening ,we all enjoyed having three different dishes and you can eat until late , pizzza and snacks after 9.00pm There is parking available. Offers breakfast until ten ( extra cost) . Overall if i wanted to be on the doorstep of the NEC its agreat location and the nights we stayed no outside noise.

The breakfast , there was choice , some mornings looked a little under cooked. The orange juice ahd a funny taste ! maybe just me ! They breakfsat closese at ten, so don't expect much at 9.50 including coffee when on both mornings the machine was having a melt down through use and one being cleaned , when I asked for another coffee i had a reply well we shut in 10 minutes. HMMMMMMMMMMMM ! Coming from a two hour drive , the signage isn't great to the hotel and its drop off and repark about a 5/10 min walk and its at a cost which i think when staying for three nights is an added cost which i did not know until i left! bit cheeky but i got the half price ..................................still 15.00 a night. The staff although pleasent really needed to up there game and some training on the drinks menu would be good. Don't give someone flat prosecco ! Also you pay city prices be warned .

The bed was uncomfortble,room was cold. The breakfast looked uneatable.

Smooth check in by very pleasant staff and lovely room, bed and pillows were so comfy. Location was excellent for the BP Pulse. Car park with discount was reasonable cost.

Breakfast was not good...visited the buffet at around 09.40 but many items not replenished. Asked for butter for toast....was told by staff none left !! Exactly the same for brown sauce ! Hot food was lukewarm, bacon dry and sausage not good quality. Told no croissants left but some were found for clients arriving after us. Needed a bowl for yoghurt but all the bowls were hot from the dishwasher as were the glasses for orange juice. Would not pay for breakfast here again.
